Do I have to unbox DriveLife Ergonomic Chair myself? Is it easy to set up my chair?


Once you have received your new DriveLife Ergonomic Chair, setting it up is quick and simple – just follow these steps: - Unbox your DriveLife box on its side in the room you’ll be using it. - Cut open the box, you will find a special surprise prepared by DriveLife. - Assemble your DriveLife Ergonomic Chair, it’s as easy as opening a tap!

Atome is a free payment service offered by your retailer. If you are a consumer purchasing with Atome, you’ll not be charged anything. You only pay what you see.




Who can apply for Atome?


Currently, Atome is available to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 years old and above. Here are the items which you are required to provide: - A Malaysian NRIC or Passport - A mobile phone number issued with a Malaysian prefix (+60) - A valid email address - Credit card / Debit card issued by a financial institution

Warranty

What does our warranty cover?


  • Up to 8 years extended warranty on all functionally portions of the chair. Aesthetic defects and damage due to misuse of the chair are not covered.
  • Submit a warranty claim via support@drivelife.com.my with image/video attachments of relevant affected area.
  • DriveLife reserves the final right in determining if a benefit under the warranty can be claimed.




What do I do if I have an issue with my purchase?


In the unlikely event that you encounter any damaged or missing parts, please drop us a ticket via support@drivelife.com.my with photos of the affected area and your order number. Our support specialists will do their best to assist you within 24 hours. For more information, please kindly refer to our Warranty Statement.
